ANATHERM SERIES heat treatment units ensure accurate, professional preheating and heat treatment anywhere and under all conditions.

ANATHERM heat treatment units are portable units with temperature programmers, temperature recorders, power supply and control system. They are designed to work under difficult conditions in construction sites and factories. The low-cost units at 45 kW, 70 kW, 82 kW, 100 kW and 130 kW outputs, have 0V, 30V and 60V seconder outputs. This makes it an ideal device for easy and fast heat treatment (PWHT) after welding and preheating. The units are state-of-the-art, easy to use, versatile and reliable. ANATHERM heat treatment units can be used safely in all areas and stages of heat treatment.

HEATING ELEMENTS

The heater elements are extremely robust and durable ceramic heater and are used in almost every application area. The heaters and energy cables are flexible and can be used in very small pipes. Round welds of pipes and containers, flange welds, longitudinal welds and surface heating etc. can be applied in processes.

TRIPLE CABLE SETS CONNECTED TO HEATERS:
Triple cable set, double-insulated copper cable with two ends with heat and oil resistance and flame retardant (HOFR), two 300 amperes female CamLock connectors on one end and two 300 Amperes male CamLock connectors on the other end.

The compensation cable is a cable with one thermocouple plug at one end and a thermocouple socket at the opposite end.

PARALLEL CONNECTION WIRE:
